Major Accomplishments:

· Personally designed, did database design, coded and implemented a Remote Order Entry System for the fleet of tractor-trailers. This system consists of remote portable PC's, dot matrix printers, and a host PC base station attached to the IBM System 38. This system also utilizes bar code scanning.

· Moved the corporate IS Center to a new facility located in Tucker five (5) months after being with the company The move, including leased communications, was completed without interruption to business.

· Designed, and implemented a Customer Direct Order Entry and Inquiry System via dial up communications.

· Installed EDI X. 12 network with several large customers using GE and REDINET telecommunication services.

· Personally designed, coded and implemented a Statistical Information System, measuring critical data such as fill rates and service levels. System further provides an audit trail of all inventory updates; sales, receiving, stock transfers, etc.

· Personally designed, coded and implemented a Cycle Count Inventory System based on A-B-C analysis.

· Converted from IBM MAPICS software to DATA 3 MRP II manufacturing and JD EDWARDS WorldSoftware financials in 2 months. Brought MPS and MRP on-line in 8 months.

· Personally designed, coded and implemented a master menu & security system, which allows all users a centralized access path to all systems. Security for the menu is controlled using an array for each user.

· Installed communications network combining various hardware etc., including protocol converters, IBM PCs, CHROMATICS's terminals, and internal digital PBX allowing voice & data transmission.

· Personally designed, coded and implemented a payroll direct deposit system through C & S Banks of Ga. and NACHA using RPG III and CL. System interfaces with JD EDWARDS payroll system.
